Our Mission
Enterprises added humans to watch their AI because they couldn't trust it. But at production speed, those reviewers rubber-stamp — oversight that exists on paper and isn't catching errors. That phantom oversight is the real risk: it feels like coverage right up until the moment it isn't.
CogniSwitch replaces it with real verification. We convert messy enterprise knowledge — transcripts, policies, rubrics, domain documents — into structured intelligence, then check agent outputs against it with a neuro-symbolic Trust Layer: a language model generates, and a deterministic layer of rules and a knowledge graph verifies every answer. We're proving it in healthcare first, where telehealth clinical QA gets full-coverage audit instead of manual sampling — agents you can deploy at scale, because you can prove they work.
Leadership
At 64, Dilip defies the typical tech stereotype as a Founder, AI practitioner, and yes, a cool granddad. A 3X Founder and 4X CTO, his AI journey began building expert systems in the 1980s. Post the AI winter, Dilip headed to IT Services where he led and scaled organizations including NIIT, Hexaware, and Zensar. His transformative tenure as CTO of Zensar is now a Harvard Business School case study. Dilip brings not just a wealth of industry knowledge but a vibrant history of resilience, innovation, and keen insight into the future of AI and digital transformation.
Joshua brings over a decade of specialized AI experience and computational linguistics expertise to CogniSwitch. Previously serving as Product Lead at Aikon, he developed deep knowledge of practical AI applications. As CTO, Joshua leads the technical vision for CogniSwitch's neuro-symbolic architecture, ensuring our knowledge infrastructure delivers the reliability and auditability that enterprise AI demands.
A graduate of IIT Bombay and two-time entrepreneur, Vivek bootstrapped and scaled iZooto into a market-leading platform in marketing automation. He now directs CogniSwitch's go-to-market strategy and commercial operations, bringing a founder's perspective to enterprise sales and a deep understanding of what it takes to build products that customers actually need.
